Local Foods Calendar!

Do you like to cook, draw, or photograph? Have you ever dreamed of
publishing a favorite recipe?

Farm to Cornell, Dilmun Hill, and Slow Food Cornell are designing a
2009 Cookbook Calendar, with seasonal, local recipes and artwork for
each month of the year, AGAIN!

And we want your submissions!

Last year's calendar was a huge success, raising over $5,000 towards
the project!

The calendar will be available for sale at the Cornell Campus Store
beginning in September 2008, with proceeds going toward the Cornell
Community University Student Sustainability Project or CCUSSP
.
Our goal is to collect recipes
and artwork from a wide range of
community members by mid-May.
Remember - this is an excellent
promotional opportunity for you or
your organization.

Please send all submissions, questions, or comments to Jessie Comba
(jac282@cornell.edu) no later than March 1st.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Farm to Cornell works directly with Cornell Dining to increase the
amount of locally grown food procured by the University.

Dilmun Hill is a student-run organic farm located on the Cornell
University campus.

Slow Food Cornell was the first University-based convivium in the
USA; it works to promote sustainable food systems through a
celebration of good food and community.
